I just looked at the shipping lines and cannot find the Saxonia, I'm confused.

Saxonia was a SHIP and not a shipping line. You are using the wrong search entry option.

The first time Ole and Oline went to Amerika was August 19 1894, see #5 & 6 in a note it is stated that Ole had been in Amerika before.
Widower and "Photografist" Ole Andreas Andersen and maiden farmers daughter Oline Severine Eriksdatter were married June 3 1884, see #6
Question where was Ole married the first time? It must have been in Amerika since he was 22 years old and single when he emigrated April 28 1871, see #19.
A possible 1st wife could have been Lise Eriksdatter, Brendefur 19 years old who emigrated the same date, she was Oline Severines older sister!
