Does anyone know the general path that people took from the ships that went to Quebec to get Iowa in around 1894?

Any reference material would be appreciated.

Thanks, Joe.

By 1894 the US had a large network of a train system, including Iowa.

Various areas in Iowa were accessible by other modes of transportation, but by 1894 trains would be the first to consider.
