That topic ended with the information that Carl's father was born in Sweden. However the family of Karen and her three children are listed as being from Norway on the ships manifest for their trip to America.

In that earlier topic I posted the Census information for Charles and Kate Strom. One problem with this family is that there are four children born in Norway not three. Another family from the 1910 US Census is Charles and Kam (looking at the orginal census form the name is better read as Karn D). The names of the childrren are somewhat different but there are only three.

Name: Charles Strom
Age in 1910: 48
Estimated birth year: abt 1862
Birthplace: Norway

Spouse's name: Kam D
Home in 1910: Minneapolis Ward 6, Hennepin, Minnesota
Marital Status: Married
Race: White
Gender: Male
Year of Immigration: 1905
Household Members: Name Age
Charles Strom 48
Kam D Strom 49
