I'm looking for living decendants of the following people:

Emigration from Trondheim, Norway on 22.05.1923:
Martin Johansen, baker, b 1887
Berntine Karoline Johansen, b 1884
Astrid Johansen, b 1919

They arrived New York on The Stavangerfjord on June 05, 1923:
Johansen, Martin M, 35y, M, Norway, Norwegian Trondhjem, Norway. Born Frosta, Nord-Trøndelag.
Johansen, Berxtine F, 39y, M, Norway, Norwegian Trondhjem, Norway. Born Tromsø, Troms.
Johansen, Astrid F, 3y, S, Norway, Norwegian Trondhjem, Norway. Born Trondhjem, Sør-Trøndelag.

Their destination was brother Lars Braksve, 44 Brookford Str, Roxbury, Mass.

Census-1930 for Brooklyn, Kings, New York:
Martin Johnsen, b abt 1888, Norway
Berntine Johnsen, b abt 1884, Norway
Astrid Johnsen, b abt 1920, Norway

Martin & Berntine Johnsen's last known address was Baltimore, Maryland.

Astrid married a man named Edward Jones in the 1930's. He was born in Gander, Newfoundland, Canada. They got the following children:
i) Michael Erling Jones, born ab 1939-1941
ii) Helene Jones, born ab 1942-1950?
iii) Bunny Jones, born ab 1942-1950?
iv) Cathrine Jones, born ab 1942-1950?

Michael Erling Jones is said to have lived in Quantico, Virginia in the 1960's.

Is there any chance to find any of these Jones today?
Norwegian relatives had contact with Michael E. Jones in the early 1960's in Quantico, but no contact have been made after that.

Hi,

The Intelius free search at www.anywho.com found a Michael Erling Jones age 71, related to Ruth B. Jones with these towns associated:
Virginia Beach, VA
Elkton, VA
New Canton, VA

There were 192 Michael E Jones in Virginia in the Intelius database, but much fewer after filtering by age category 61-70.

Might be your guy or might not.

Thanks Jackie and Kim for the replies! This looks like very promising clues that will need to be checked out further.
