I can see that Oleana's birth last name was Enger but I have had no luck finding any further information.

The birth record says Oleanas father was sergeant Ole Bredesen, Enger and the mother was Ana Marie Amundsdatter, they were living in a military barrack.

Ole Bredesen and Anne Maria Amundsdatter were married in Halden Dec 13 1816, see #3
Kildeinformasjon: Østfold fylke, Halden, Ministerialbok nr. I 3 (1815-1834), Ekteviede 1817, side 384-385.
Permanent sidelenke: http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:kb_read?idx_kildeid=7424&idx_id=7424&uid=ny&idx_side=-190.

Ole Bredesen in 1801, #2150

I believe I found your Henry O Schoyen.
Since he was 51 years old when the daughter Mina was born in 1892, his year of birth would be approx 1841, and his parents should be Ole Henriksen and Marie, possibly at a farm Schøyen.

A candidate is Henrich Olsen who was born Dec 2 and baptized in Biri, Oppland Dec 12 1841, see #54
Kildeinformasjon: Oppland fylke, Biri, Klokkerbok nr. 2 (1828-1842), Fødte og døpte 1841, side 86.
Permanent sidelenke: http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:kb_read?idx_kildeid=9296&idx_id=9296&uid=ny&idx_side=-88.
His parents were Ole Henrichsen, farmer at Schøien, and Marie Hansdatter.

Is there a website that had the information from the church? I have been trying to find that same information online and have not had any success.

Not to my knowledge. The book is in the Hallinglag of America's library--I'm their genealogist.

If what you're after is access to the full complement of the church's records, this church's registers were probably microfilmed and if so, they may be available for loan through the ELCA archives. www.elca.org You pay a rental fee + postage and the film comes to your house and you take it to your local public library for viewing.

You probably already have your Schoyen's birth records but if you want to browse the early county birth records for Fillmore you can at this address:

If your local public library does not have a microfilm reader then look for the closest LDS Family History Center (usually in the phone book under the listing for "Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints" or check for the closest on their website - familysearch.org).

An LDS Family History Center has microfilm and microfiche readers, also sometimes scanners or printers for those readers, and is in no way limited to members of their church.

I guess I have to spank me! I forgot about these databases at the Digitalarkivet for Fillmore county churches (not all are included and I thought Rushford wasn't but it appears I was mistaken)
