Have you tried to press the AltGr and the special character key at the same time? And then press the next character...

I assumed it was that key...

Some additional info from Karl Frederiks family in Oslo:

#15, Borghild Kristine
Birth: 09 May 1882
Christening: 11 Jun 1882, Garnison Menighet, Oslo, Akershus, Norway
Parents: Lauritz Myhre & Hilda nee Thoresen
Source: Oslo county, Garnisonsmenigheten, Parish register (official) nr. 12 (1880-1893), Birth and baptism records 1882, page 29.

Borghild Kristine Myhre
Death Date: 18 Sep 1903
Burial Date: 24 Sep 1903
Burial Place: Asker, Akershus, Norway

#5, Aase Bergljot Øderud
Birth: 25 Oct 1895
Christening: 09 Feb 1896
Confirmation: 23 Apr 1911, Johannes parish, Oslo, Norway
Parents: Sergeant Andreas Øderud & Hanna nee Myhre.
Source: Oslo county, Johannes, Parish register (official) nr. 11 (1908-1921), Confirmation records 1911, page 43.

Aase is at an orphan home in census-1910.

Her mother Hanna Margrete is a daughter of Carl Frederik's sister Hilda Marie. I missed Hanna because she was not listed with the family in the census'es.

#77, Hanna Margrete Myhre
Birth: 23 Nov 1872
Christening: 22 Dec 1872, Garnison Menighet, Oslo, Akershus, Norway
Parents: Lauritz Myhre & Hilda Marie Thoresen
Source: Oslo county, Garnisonsmenigheten, Parish register (official) nr. 11 (1870-1880), Birth and baptism records 1872, page 33.

Groom's Name: Andreas Trulsen Øderud
Groom's Birth Date: 1867
Groom's Birthplace: Modum
Bride's Name: Hanna Margrethe Myhre
Bride's Birth Date: 1872
Bride's Birthplace: Kristiania
Marriage Date: 08 Oct 1892
Marriage Place: Garnison Menighet, Oslo, Oslo, Norway
Groom's Father's Name: Truls Ludvigsen
Bride's Father's Name: Lauritz Myhre
Source: Oslo county, Garnisonsmenigheten, Parish register (official) nr. 12 (1880-1893), Marriage records 1892, page 248.

Andreas Trulsen Øderud is listed as unmarried in census-1900 and census-1910
I wonder if something must have happened to his wife Hanna Margrethe since their daughter Aase is at her g.parents house in 1900, and at an orphan house in 1910.

Update: Se below for Andreas in census-1900.

Well thank you for the extra Child for Hilda and Hans, that is 9 I have,
Lauritz must have been a soldier too, Andrea Oderud was he a Sergeant? When I clicked on the census 1910. I saw a Rolf Oderud there as well could you have missed him as well. Their mother must have died for her to leave the children to the grand parents and then to the ophanage. I wonder if there is a shipping record for Hans Lauritz maybe he has left the country.
When you look at the dates Hilda was pregnant with Hanna before she married Hans and looking at Merte and Hans dates they did the same Marthe was 3 months pregnant with Ole before they married.
Keep Hunting Thank You Robyn

Widow Marthe Thoresen was one of the Godparents at the christening of Rolf Andreas on 11-Dec-1898.

Here is Marthe Cathrine Olsdr in census-1900.
Marthe Toresen, f, widow, no occupation, moved?, born 1818, Eidsvold

The 1875-census was done in January 1876.
The 1900-census was done in December 1900.

Thus:
Hans Toresen, born 26 Sep 1817, Ullensaker, Akershus, Norway must have died between January 1876 and December 1898.
Marthe Cathrine Olsdr, born 1818, Eidsvold, Akershus, Norway must have died after December 1900.

This is a fantastic find well done Jan, I haven't found time to check them out until you sent me this, I have found that three brothers went to WW1 and 2 went again to WW2 Percy N Hansen WW1 WW2 survived both wars, Claude Hansen WW1 Died , Arthur T Hansen WW1 WW2 Survived, I have a lot to remember our service men on ANZAC DAY here on th 25 April every year exspecially now that Claude died that day in the worst conflict in any war my god, Theodore and Mary must have gone through hell waiting for the dreaded Postman to drop of the telegram to say the that one of the boys had died. I think that it would have been hell and to think that the Hansens here have given 2 lives to WW1 Carl F Hansen lost his son Charles Bernard and Theodore lost his son too both brothers gave up their sons. check out their records http://www.naa.gov.au/
ALL ARE FREE SITES The National Archives Mapping our ANZACS is another great site I belong to The War Graves Photographic Project http://www.twgpp.org/ They are fantastic people they went out of their way to sent me a photo of Charles Bernard Hansens grave in Villers they even put a bunch of Yellow and Green flowers on his grave for me and sent me a cd of the photos taken the day they arrived to put the flowers, I cried to think about the day he died by himself he must have lost in his mind. I don't think he stand to come home to Auss he cut his throat commiting suicide the day the war ended what a same it was here, when they found out about what he did, that is why the family never talked about Charles his three children never knew about him. I will have to track down his family now I have names I hope to look in the phone book around the area that they lived and write letters. I think I will writers cramp doing so I think there is more Hansen's here than in Norway Cheers Thank you again
Robyn
