how do I find records for my relatives that came from norway? I am looking for records for Halverson and Johnson.

A little bit of additional info would be helpful - at least time frame and first names but additional items would also be good.

Those are common names which could be found everywhere in Norway. Therefore you'll have to have more info to begin your search.
