You are correct that Engebret and Ragna were twins. They are listed on two different pages of the church record:

Note that they were both born on 15 February 1883. The onshus link above lists 13 February for Ragna and 15 February for Engebret.

There is a marriage between a Susanna O Haugen and Ove Nygaard in the West Prairie church records on 17 March 1885. Susanna's parents are listed as Ole O Haugen and Abelone A Haugen. And Susanna's birthplace (age 25) is given as West Prairie also.

This Susanna O Haugen may be worth pursuing, and she must be connected to the records we discussed earlier in West Prairie Hauge Lutheran Cemetery. The name Abelone is not that common, but I suppose it was fairly common in certain enclaves, due to the namesaking tradition and the fact that couples often had a good many children and grandchildren. Thanks for reopening this case before it is too late!
