Looking to find the daughter of Isak Ludvigsen b march 01 1904 in Spind Norway. he came to Brooklyn in 8th of april 1940 and stayed until 1946 so the daughter was born some time between that time. Mother thought to have connection to the Farsund area Southern Norway. Thanks for any help.
Isak Ludvigsen died July 1987 in Norway, according to the US Social Security Death Index. Hope that helps. What information did you find in your source for his 1940 return to Norway? Thanks.
I have none other information than he had a daughter with a women in the Brooklyn area between 1940-1947 Isak Ludvigsen worked in the harbour until 1946 when he went home to Norway where he passed away 12th of july. It is thought that the lost daughter came to visit Norway in 1990 to look for her dad,sadly he had passed away 3 years ago.
