Our old aunt, Julie Antonsdtr Solum got married, 6.5 14 in Kristiania.
She was traveling to Hull, i think either with, ss.Spero 13.5 or ss.Eskimo 8.5. since she and her Husband Johan Braaten(John Broten) left Liverpool 30.5. with ss.Aquitania to New York. I can not find Julie in Emigrant lists for May 1914. Where can I find passenger list for Spero and Eskimo ? I can find them arriving Hull, with Wilson SShip, no more !

The Norwegian Digitalarkivet has the transcribed "police" lists of people leaving through the various Norwegian ports. Spero and Eskimo are likely "feeder" ships, taking folks from Norway to Hull or Liverpool or Queenstown, where they changed ships going on the larger trans Atlantic ships. In some of these databases you may also search for the ships Eskimo and Spero. Just looking superficially Eskimo seemed to be used going from Trondheim in 1914 and most folks giving the Canadian Pacific line.

One off the wall possibility is that they left through Copenhagen, Denmark rather than Kristiania.

Since you are sure that they landed in New York you could search for them in the Ellis Island database at www.ellisisland.org or in the Ellis Island database at www.familysearch.org. The familysearch page has a much more forgiving take on the spellings of names which might also help you.

I looked at the transcribed list of passengers arriving in May-June 1914 of Aquitania and noticed that there were a few truncated names and a few lines with no names associated with them. You may have to view the details that are left on the actual image to see if there is enough biographical information --minus the name--which might indicated the entry to be your folks.

Good luck
