Bodil Maria Bloch was born in Oslo, bap. in Oslo Cathedral on August 8. 1755 as Bodel Maria.
Parents; Sĝren Christian Bloch and Inger Marie Serup.

Googling Bloch and Christiania (Oslo) when I found this Swedish familytree:

Family status.
- Far- Father

Hi!

Wonder if Holst here is the same family as Thomas Hansen Holst (1681-1734) from Schleswig holstein? (Later England and Norway)

In that case this is my family....

There is a DNA project going on for the Holst family link

Yes, I knew about the SNL, but not the DNA project!

Have a fair bit of info on the Holst family already, but Thomas Hansen Holst s first wife, Andrine Barclay, is a harder nut to crack!

Quite confident this is the same Holst-family:

(From Rĉlingen Bygdebok)

Hans Hansen Holst (1790-1872) married Karen Andersdatter (1787-1856).

Lived at Bye and Narvestad.

Their children:

Maren 1815
Kaja 1817
Hans Kristian 1818
Otto 1822
Brede 1825
Julius Arnt 1831-1914; next at Narvestad.
