Look for yourself, there are 2 Knuds both on the boy's page. Unless there is something else further on like a clarification or an unexplained confirmation record for an Ane. Clearly something is wrong, where the error lies is open to judgement.

Here is Knud (the former brother-in-law) and new wife Margit's first child #36 a girl name Eglev not Anne:

If these names are accurate Jackie, this is very positive information for making the connection between generations. These are three witnesses of Halvor's confirmation and there is also the Knud Kophol witness for Nils ....all four make the generation leap. Very Nice.

Interesting resolution that it was triplets not twins...

#85 Anne Knudsdatter's confirmation:
Source information: Telemark county, Bø, Parish register (official) nr. 7 (1831-1848), Confirmation records 1834, page 195.
Permanent pagelink: http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:kb_read?idx_kildeid=1350&idx_id=1350&uid=ny&idx_side=-222

#85 on pg 633 for Anne's vaccination farm given as Østerli:
ource information: Telemark county, Bø, Parish register (official) nr. 6 (1815-1831), Imigration records 1818-1820, page 632-633.
Permanent pagelink: http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:kb_read?idx_kildeid=1349&idx_id=1349&uid=ny&idx_side=-341

Didn't find the 2 Knuds so perhaps they have died or were living elsewhere.

I think you are right. This is likely one of the boys, died in 1819. See number 11.

Yep, when I look at it again I think you're right Jackie. I'll work on the Knud Iversen/ Anne Halvorsdat children next. ....although an initial look didn't reveal anything.

She was baptized at home by John Erikson Hellend. Pastor wouldn't have known who were godparents unless family told him.
