Liking this Gunild Halvorsdatter married to Halvor Olsen 1831, age is spot on and farm name looks like Rodklev

Comments and translation please ...looks like Halvor Jorgensen as a witness

Yes the farm is spelled Røklev and her father is named as Halvor Jørgenson, fathers are named immediately to the right of couple's name. Now watch for babies.

The question is where is the groom born and where is he living now. He was born on Hægna and lives there also.

An Ole Halvorsen Østerlia is one of the bondsmen.

Thank you Jackie. I was using that spelling to look for a farm name Haegna but didn't have any luck. Looking for babies .....would you stay with the Bo Parish records or is there a parish closer to Haegna where I should be looking?

You overestimate my genealogy research abilities Jackie. I have no idea what this means. Please explain.

This was copied from the property section at the Digitalarkivet's transcription of the 1801 census for Bøe. As long as they didn't move you might find Gunnild's and Halvor's children baptisms in Bø records.

The parents are married and their names are Halvor Olson and Gunnild Halvorsdatter. The child is still in as a potential relation, cannot yet be eliminated. No real help in the faddernes although there is a Jon (rather than Johannes).

Also take a look at #44 on that page, father is Jørgen Halvorsen Lia & mother Ingeri Gjermundsdatter.

The farm name here is Lihaegna ? ....is this a version of Haegna? If so then this strengthens the prospect of her being Halvor and Gunild's daughter Ronnori ?

Perhaps grasping at straws here. This is Johanes Johannesen ...the next generation (Johanes Halvorsen's son). There is a common name here in one of the godparents Frideloggse (sp. ??) with one of Halvor and Gunilds daughter Ro...(need help with this name). Any significance??
