In the 1801 census Ole Thomasen was 6 years old, his parents were Thomas Andersen and Anne Olsdatter. In the same record you will also find Thomas Andersens father Anders Larsen (67 years old) and his second wife Marit Sørensdatter (not Thomas Andersens mother).

Ok, the Beitlandbjorgen makes more sense than the butslandbjorgen. Thanks for the clarification and the further information on the census.

Anders Larsen and his 2nd wife Marit Sørensdatter were married July 9 1792, see #44.

Thomas Olsen was a widower when he married Eli Larsdatter in 1846.

His first wife was Bereth Madsdatter, they were married June 6 1844, see #25.
