Her marital status is designated f which I would take to mean f for fraskilt --divorced.

Offentlig according to my dictionary is "public" and forpleie (no t) same source "maintenance" so I would interpret it as receiving social service. "on the county" But someone with a better than book understanding might have a better explanation.

Her baptism record is #49.
In 1866 she would have been Nille Amalia Josefsdatter (not Josefsen)

Her parents were married Oct 21 1858, see #22.
Joseph Paulsens father was Paul Josephsen and Bergilla Andersdatters father was Anders Rasmussen.

The term "offentlig forpleiet" ("public catering") were mostly used in connection with insane people, and indicates that the public pays the house/farm owner an annual "fee" to have the insane person living on the farm.

The house/farm owner had to provide a room (heated in case of cold weather), a bed, food and clothing for the insane person.

Yes it is from Rogaland fylke, Skudenes, Ministerialbok nr. A 1 (1770-1842).
This book is edited in a specific manner, all families are recorded for individual farm names, in this case it is for Haaland (Håland).
