Married: Elsie Marie Hendrickson in 1882

Famiily search has his marriage 26 Dec 1886 in Dodgeville, Iowa, Wisconsin.

His parents listed as Hans Gulbrundsen (Hans Gulbrandsen) and Berte Syvesdette (Berte Syversdatter).

In the 1900 census his immigration year is given as 1882.

Well the 1910 US Census seems to give a different fathers name. Although Sigvart Hanson would not likely have an Ole for a father. I think the father of Elsie his wife is Ole Hendircksen. See the birth record.

Else Marie age 5 on Fallet Nedre with her parents and a brother Hans age 1, leaseholders with land in 1865

Her father Ole H. is from Eidsdvoll

Else Marie was bapt. Else Marie Olsdr, she was Oles daughter. Norwegian naming practice.
Because she used Henriksen as lastname in USA I believe she em. with her parents.

A possible immigratin for Sigvart. Maybe a long shot. His destination was Edgerton, I assume Edgerton Wisconsin which is in Rock/Dane County next to Iowa Conty.

Looking forward to hearing from Kali.

Thank you all for the information! So far, thanks to the links that everyone provided, I've been able to see Sigvart's parents and siblings; I've also seen that his maternal grandmother's name is Kari Kristeinsdatter, and his paternal grandfather's first name is most likely Gundbrand. But other than that I haven't found much.

I also was able to find out more about Sigvart's wife, Elsie. The things I was able to find was her parents: Ole Hendrickson and Berthe Marie Larson. I found more information about Ole Hendrickson's family than Berthe's, such as his parents (Hendrick Larsen Ulvin and Martha Simensdatter) and his grandparents (Lars Torstensen Holtet Nedre of Eidsvold and Mari Larsdatter Holtet Nedre of Eidsvold). I am unsure what the names Ulvin, and Holtet Nedre mean, because I was under the assumption that if a name ended in -sen/son or -datter, that was the person's last name.
This is where I found the information on Elsie, and also on her parents and grandparents, which is where the question regarding Ulvin and Holtet Nedre came from:http://www.geni.com/people/Else-Marie-Hanson/6000000029211033043
Any more help would be great, and I really appreciate all of the time everyone has taken so far.

Ulvin and Holtet Nedret are farmnames.
Holtet Nedre means Lower Holtet.

There are also several Ulvin farms as; Søndre (Southern), Øvre (Upper) and Nordre (Northern) Ulvin.
Not sure on which Ulvin farm your People lived on, here is Nordre Ulvin 1953 and Søndre Ulvin 1959 and Picture nr 3-4-5 on top is Nordre (Northern) Ulvin ca 1927
