Elsie's family was outlined by forum participants and the documentation was posted. Kċre posted the birth. Sounds like a GENI tree creator researched this same family (may be a cousin), in which case he or she independently found the same.

Berthe Marie Larsdatter was born in Eidsvold Jan 8 1833, proof to be found by her confirmation record from Stange, see #38.
Her parents given as Lars Gudbrandsen and Else Olsdatter.
(In Geni her mother is listed as Johanne Larsdatter?)

Yes, that's who they list her mother as; they list her stepmother as Else Olsdatter. Thank you, by the way, for the information.

I don't believe the mothers name in Geni is right. The confirmation record says different. The birth/baptism record would have the answer, however since she was born in Eidsvold the church records were destroyed by fire, bad luck. The confirmation records is the only proof of who her parents were in this case.

I need some time, I believe it is written Mostufallet today.
Fallet can mean a waterfall.
