Møre og Romsdal county, Aure, Parish register (official) nr. 578A04 (1859-1877), Birth and baptism records 1870, page 69.

Elen is #80 here and I am trying to read her moms name so I can get any further documentation on her parents

It looks similar to "hogshad" to me but just guessing.

Well it is very light. Looks like Mari Haagensdtr to me. I'd suggest looking for Elen's confirmation to confirm the name however, or looking for the parents' marriage record. Good luck!

Ole Olsen, Gjære and Marie Haakonsdatter, Sundsby were married June 18 1872, see #7.

Ancestry.com transcribed the name as the same as what Jackie read.

Name: Elen Olsen
Gender: Female
Birth Date: 18 sep 1870
Baptism Date: 23 okt 1870 (23 Oct 1870)
Baptism Place: Aure,More Og Romsdal,Norway
Father: Ole Olsen
Mother: Maria Haagensdr

And as Einar did for the marriage.

Gender: Male
Marriage Date: 18 jun 1872
Marriage Place: Aure,More Og Romsdal,Norway
Spouse: Marie Haakensdr

Interesting that Elen was born almost 2 years before parents marriage, That would be the third person in this line that their parents were not married when they were born.
