Try this Ancestry.com link to the original document. Ancestry is a subscription site so I do not know if you can see the records or not. He is #22, His future wife is just above him.

You can with some luck take the family history back in time. Here is the likely marriage of Peder Olsen and Kjersti Ingebretsdatter parents of Ingebret Pedersen.
Peder Olsen in the Norway, Select Marriages, 1660-1926 Name: Peder Olsen Gender: Male Marriage Date: 6 okt 1837 (6 Oct 1837) Marriage Place: Tolga,Hedmark,Norway Spouse: Kjersti Ingebretsdr FHL Film Number: 124470
Farm for him the farm is Kotmoen and for her it is Dølgaard
#22
Here is the family on Kotmoen in the 1865 Census. Both Peder Olsen and his son Ingebret with wife Barbro. The wife of Peder has a different last name than Ingebredatter, so either the transcription is wrong or Peder has a second wife.
1865
And this is likely the marriage of Svend Johansen (also spelled Jensen) and Maren Jonsdatter (Jensdatter) parents of Barbro Svendsdatter
Svend Jensen in the Norway, Select Marriages, 1660-1926 Name: Svend Jensen Gender: Male Marriage Date: 4 jul 1835 Marriage Place: Tolga,Hedmark,Norway Spouse: Maren Jensdr FHL Film Number: 124470
Original record
#10
And this is the two of them and some of their family in the 1865 Census on the farm Lillehougen
1865 |

Yes the ancestry links worked. I’m amazed at how you figured out the names from just Moe. |

Many times as you go back in time you can find a Family Tree on line using Google. You need to be very careful of course since there are many online trees with mistakes but they can sometimes guide you in where to look for the original records and some dates that guide you in your search.
So here is a tree for Peder Olsen Kotmo with dates, wife and ancestors. And the discussion is in English. I took a quick look and the names and dates seem to be accurate for at least the first page. And the tree even mentions that Peder Kotmo lived in Saum. This is from the Tree, the link from the tree did not work.
Of their children, Peder is in America*, * Peder Kotmo born in Tolgen; lived in Saum, MN; see http://www.nhohlag.org/1914_membership_list.htm
