Are you sure there are not two Hans Evensen's in Norderhov at about the same time. This parish record indicates that a Hans Evensen and Ingri Henricsdatter had a chid named Mari in 1883. Thus it would be difficult for the Hans Evensen who married Marit Thorsdatter in 1779 and who was living with her in the 1801 Census to be the same Hans Evensen who fathered a child with Ingri Henricsdatter in 1883.

See Hans Evensen Sørum and Ingri Henricsdatter barn Mari the last record on the right hand page

This Hans Evensen married Ingeri Henricsdatter in Norderhov Buskerud on April 5, 1781.

They also had a child Berte in 1785

1801

I noticed that two of the witnesses for the birth of daughter Berte in 1785 are named Evensen. Thor Evensen and Ola Evensen.

Berte

I also noticed two things in the 1801 Census for Hans Evensen.

Ragnil Evensdattter living at Hjern in 1801 Census, Married to Knut Ellingsen and listed just above Hans Evensen

Also noticed an Even Olsen just above her born abt 1729 might be worth following up on him could be his father.

Even Olsen baptized Dec 10, 1729 married Mari Hansdatter August 30, 1753.

They had these children that I have found

Anne bap November 25, 1753

Ole bap July 17, 1757

Hans bap February 11, 1759

This is likely the same Evind Olsen found in the 1801 Census on the same farm Hejern as his son Hans.

This same couple also had a child named Evind baptized April 17, 1725. I think we can assume that this child died young and a second son was then named Evind.

I have not yet found a baptism record for Anne Evensdatter 1769. However I did find a Christofer Evensen baptized Jan 11, 1767. He is the son of Even Olsen Hejern and his second wife Marta Thorgerssatter.

My best guess for your Ane is this one baptism is December 4, 1768. See the first record on the left hand page. It appears to be Even Olsen ? and Marta Torgersdtter.

I cannot read the farm name but it does not look like Hieren.

Here is the baptism record for your Thore. He was baptized on June 26, 1763 and as expected his parents are Even Olsen Hieren and Marta Thogersdatter, She would be the second wife of Even Olsen.
