Good finds. So the marriage record has the correct father and the Tree from Family Search has the wrong parents for Anne Helene. I will add a comment to that effect in my post above.

There is no Berthe Maria Hansdatter in Ancestry.com but there is a Birthe Maria Hansen. Marriage record shows her birth year as 1805.

I did not find a Hans Marchusen born about 1869 in Aas, but i did find a Hans Makusen born in 1869 in Kraakstad, Akershus.

We have found a number of family members engaged in seafaring but I can't say we've found any ship owners or fleet owners or captains.
