The right hand page entry for Siri Ellefsdatter is a little different than what I usually see. Ellefsdatter is included after Siri, followed, by a word I can't read, and after that there appears to be the listing of godparents that's hard to follow - with some farm names? repeated. The last line has "f. Jon Knudsen, Braastad and m. Anna Knudsdatter". Who are they? Line above Siri has parents Ellef Knudsen and Joran Olsdatter. Farm name following Ellef, that I read as Søudssøv can't be found? |

The writer of thes baptism entries is assisting you by labeling the father with an f before his name and m before the mother's name. So the 2 names you have deciphered are the parents of the next baptism for a girl named Anna.
To me is it looks like there is a comma after Siri's name so I think what you take as Elefsdatter appears to be the start of another whole name entirely, one of the faddernes.
In regards to the farm name, the letter you identify as a U is actually an N. U is marked by the writer with a small smiley face minus the eyes above the u. This was practiced to keep n and u from being misinterpreted.
Here is a list of farms in Oyestad that begin with S found at familysearch wiki (more modern date):

I had a brain cramp on the m. and f. I should have seen that line was from the next entry. The U and N discussion very helpful. If the farm name does start Søndre it could be anywhere. Sødeløv and Søboden looks the closest based on the spelling and size of the word. Also, Søndeled store, Sønderland and Søndrebø in other parishes look like possibilities. However, if a farm is outside the parish it is usually noted in my experience. In a large parish like Øyestad, would the cleric know at which farm parishioners lived or would he just record what he was told?
Are Søndeløv and Søboden part of larger farms? I can't find them on the map.
Wondering if the eszett is always "ss" as written here, or could some times be "st"?

| It seems throughout the page that the long down stroke with the bumpy next letter is an st combination. Take a look at Braastad in the next entry and across the page. The farms might be also known by a "local" but informal name which might not have been preserved through time. Or the farm might be absorbed by another farm and then the name not be carried through history. |
