From Bertel Talaasen 1932 obit: "Mr. Talaasen is survived by ... a brother, Peter Sather of Thief River Falls [Pennington county, Minnesota], and a sister, Mrs. Charles Larson of Clayton, [Stevens], Washington."

"Mrs. Charles Larson" = Johanna Persdatter who married Johnnes Johnsen Nordby and next married Charles Larson lived in Clayton, Stevens, Washington and died there 1954.

The immigration record you found had Johanna and family traveling to Thief River Falls, to a pastor there.

Yay!

I decided to delete my reference to a living person and accidentally deleted another one of my posts instead.

Here is the Angelo departing Kristiania in February 1902, bound for Hull, England. From Hull emigrants traveled to a major port, often Liverpool, and departed for the transatlantic trip from there:

Here is some information from a Family Tree on Anton Dybsand.

Anton Bennie Danielsen Dybsand
Birth Oct 1855 in Trysil, Hedmark, Norway
Death 1910 in Minnesota, USA

This would likely indicate that Anton is a brother to the mother of Per and Petter. Who is listed as Berte Danielsdatter Talaasen born 1852 Trysil by Jan Peter earlier.

Find a Grave Memorial:
Anton Bennie Danielson Dybsand
Birth: Oct 1855, Tynset, Hedmark County, Norway
Death: 28 Mar 1919, Sacred Heart, Renville County, Minnesota, USA
Burial: Our Saviors Lutheran Cemetery in Sacred Heart
SPOUSE: Maria (unknown)

Also buried at Our Saviors in Sacred Heart, a man who fits with the siblings of Berte Danielsdatter in the 1865 Norway census posted by lyndal40:
Per Danielsen Dybsand
Birth: 06 Nov 1853 in Trysil, Hedmark County, Norway
Death: 19 Nov 1939 at Sacred Heart, Renville County, Minnesota, USA
SPOUSE: Emilie Jorgine P. (1869-1909)

Apparently this branch of the family is also included in the family tree posted earlier:
http://www.arildbraathen.com/arild666/pafg103.htm#4173

Berte's brother Julius lived in India in 1875, according to this genealogy. Berte's brother Anton is listed as "Utflyttet til Amerika" and brother Per is "Utvandret til Amerika." Brother Ole was a "lærer og kirkesanger" (teacher and church cantor - two roles that often went hand-in-hand).

Father and family of Berte Danielsdatter here (her brother Per is called Daniel Per):
