Yup. No doubt. Frank is my long-lost Triple-Great-Seventh-Cousin-Many-Times-Removed or something. Kind'a cool, though it adds much to my Christmas card mailing budget. Certainly creates more reasons for Christine's late dash (at age 60 or so) to America than maybe following son Otto and his father, the Rascally Swede. On that front, my last hopes other than our prime candidate are: - Help kindly offered to a confused Norwegian/Canadian by the nice Swedish archive people, - A MyHeritage text to John Gustav Alfred's descendants, - The results of my DNA expenditure, and the very, very slim possibility that it connects The fun continues! |

Last question. (Yes, I promise.) It's nothing to do with this thread, but is there a good Norwegian out there who can tell me who sang - sort of - 'Jeg Hater Maaker'? I must add it to my playlist. |
