Although there's about a month between their dates look at 10. His name is Enevald Gabrielsen Malmin, is he an uncle or some other relative?
Enevald Gabrielsen is Martin Larsons sisters husband's cousin. So not related, but in the "family."
If I understand it correctly, this is a log of people who left Hoyland in 1881. They didn't leave at the same time, but you think that both leaving is related somehow? 12 is quite young to leave by yourself, there must have been someone with him or waiting for him in Kansas.

Yes, because I think the Enevald Gabrielson Malmin who left is a child of Gabriel Mauritzson and Karen Gregoriasdatter, per the 1865 census and that 12 years of age is too young without some adult supervision, be it friend or relative, even in 1881: https://www.digitalarkivet.no/en/census/person/pf01038205002018

I can't decipher the scribble. Enevald leaves in April to North America and Lawrence leaves June/July for Kansas? I can't find Enevald being in Kansas though. Closest it looks like is possibly South Dakota.
For that matter, I can't find Lawrence on any census between 1881 and 1900.
Lawrence leaves in March, the Do in the first column means the same month as the person above him. Marts or March in English.
Second column is Kansas i Do, or Kansas in North America, person above him is also going to Illinois in North America
Third column is Marthin Larsen Hegre sønn Lauritz. I can not decipher the first word but seems to be a descriptor of some sort. Some of the ones above are unkarl or bachelor.
Then comes 1869 his birth year
I have no idea what goes on in the last column
Unfortunately most of the emigration records from Stavanger were destroyed in a fire so they are not available to us.

We should be able to find Martin and others in the 1885 Kansas Census as well. But searching that census seems to be a hit and miss affair. How you found the one you posted back a few pages I do not know
For the record and to shorten the hunt, here is how the 1895 Census shows up on Ancestry

PORT OF NEW YORK PASSENGER RECORDS - There are no surviving Ellis Island records; the Immigration logs were destroyed in a fire in the 1920's. In processing immigrants, the Inspectors utilized the Federal Custom Declarations/Passenger Manifests provided by the ship captains to process the immigrants and referred to the names as provided on the lists.
